IT Support Contracts

Our IT Support Contracts run monthly with an annual renewal. Contracts include Unlimited Remote Support, Unlimited Telephone Support and Pro-Active Monitoring. Our Contract users also receive priority on-site appointments, prioritised emergency response times and discounted on-site rates (for hours not included in contract).

You can find example contracts below however all of our contract quotations are based on the individual business, the business needs and the number of users/devices. Additional services can be added to your contract at any time during the term.
