With extra’s included, such as Enterprise Level Anti-Virus for all Windows machines and Servers, and a secondary Real-Time Cloud Backup, Monitor and Protect is a cost effective way of taking care of your company data and workflow.

You will have piece of mind that all your systems are being monitored 24/7 and that we will respond to an incident in your business as our priority.

Your staff can call or email us as many times as required during normal opening hours, we will always respond with remote support in the first instance and only make unscheduled visits to site when absolutely necessary and with your approval – keeping any additional costs to a minimum.

Your dedicated Support Engineer will know your company IT setup like the back of their hand and will be available to discuss your current needs, future plans and consult on any specialist training, software or hardware required, as well as being a familiar face to you and your team. Whilst your dedicated Account Manager will be available to discuss anything non-tech related.
